What to expect

Approval fee is KES 20,000 + VAT (KES 23,200). Review takes about 2 weeks; we may ask for revisions. After approval there's a road maintenance fee (KES 150,000 in Green Heart Village & Tuli Gardens; KES 200,000 in The Sanctuary). You'll still need to deliver 2 stamped A2 print sets to the office — we'll tell you when.
